General questions

Any problem involving you feeling mentally unwell, is worth to discuss. Together we will find the appropriate solution to your problem.
The consultations are reimbursed in accordance with applicable Belgian rates. As a doctor I acceded to the convention for my entire activity. The only condition for repayment is that you're okay with your health insurance.
In the practice space at home you can count on a quiet area, with more privacy than in a hospital.
For every problem you can ask for advice. This can be done by setting up an appointment, digitally or by telephone.
The waiting period is usually a few weeks to a month. If you urgently need a consultation, it is best to contact me by telephone.
This can be done digitally via the website or by e-mail, up to 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours in advance, only by phone.
In our country applies the free choice of practitioner. So you can always change from a doctor. It is enough to make an appointment with the doctor that you prefer.

Technical questions

  1. Login on the consultation page.
  2. Navigate with the buttons Previous week and Next week to the desired date.
  3. Choose a time slot for your consultation in the list by clicking on a vacant dot.
  4. Click on Next.
  5. Check your application, and then click on Confirm.

  3. Click on the indicator of the consultation that you want to cancel, then click on Cancel consultation.
  4. Finally give the reason for the cancellation and confirm by clicking Yes.

  3. Click on the indicator of the consultation you want to adjust and then press Change date consultation.
  4. On the next page, select the new time slot for your consultation and give the reason for the adjustment.
  5. Finally, click on Confirm.

  3. Enter your new password at the bottom of the page in the respective fields.
  4. Confirm by clicking on Change password.
An account is blocked after too many failed login attempts. If this is not the result of your own actions, this is possibly caused by spambots. The lock is automatically canceled after a period of two hours. If you want to unblock rapidly, you can contact us at .
Your data will only be used for the internal consultation system and will never be disclosed to third parties. Take a look here for a complete overview of the Privacy Policy.
  1. Go to the next page: Forgot password?.
  2. Enter the email address that you specified when you registered. Contact us if you can not remember this.
  3. Then click on Submit.
  4. Check your email inbox for the received e-mail. If necessary, check your spam folder if you do not immediately receive something.
  5. Click on the link in the sent mail, this is indicated by Change password.
  6. Enter the new password for you account twice. Please note that these should be at least 8 characters long.
  7. Then press Next.
You account is identified according to the email address provided at registration. As a result, it is not possible to adjust this e-mail address. Contact us at if this is nevertheless necessary.

  2. Click on the tab Profile.
  3. Update your personal details in the respective fields.
  4. Confirm by clicking Customize profile.
